Ya Shi, born in 1966 in Guang’an, Sichuan Province, graduated from the Department of Mathematics at Peking University in 1987. He currently resides in Chengdu and works at a university’s School of Mathematics. Yashi began writing poetry in 1990 and has published several poetry collections, including Selected Poems of Ya Shi (2007), As Poetry (2015), Spark Hotel (2015), Floral Mutter (bilingual in Chinese and English, translated by Nick Admussen, 2020), and Before Sunset (2022).
啞石，1966年生，四川廣安人，1987年畢業於北京大學數學系。現居成都，供職於某高校數學學院。1990年開始詩歌創作，出版詩集《啞石詩選》（2007）、《如詩》（2015）、《火花旅館》（2015）、《Floral Mutter（花的低語）》（中英雙語，Nick Admuseen英譯，2020）、《日落之前》（2022）等。
